I am honored and blessed to be coming to Dare County in October!
In my work, I focus on integrating mind, body and spirit. I have studied the healing arts in India, Denmark, Tibet and other magnificent parts of our earth. The lineage of my training includes His Holiness The Dali Lama, Baba Ram Dass, Mata Amritanandamayi, Louise Hay, Steven Farmer, and Joseph Shiel. My family has practiced the Healing Arts for many generations. My first teacher was my mother, truly a goddess. My Grandmothers and Aunts on both sides of my family tree generously shared their wisdom and deep knowing.
I have been teaching meditation for over 40 years. Meditation is the foundation of everything and learning the practice is the greatest gift you can give yourself in this life.
I have practiced Reiki since 1986 and I first studied this holy practice in Japan where it originated. In 2020, I began my studies with the Arthur Finley Institute in the United Kingdom to incorporate evidential mediumship into my work. This is a sacred spiritual practice in which I provide specific and verifiable information from a deceased person to a living individual. The goal is to offer evidence that can be recognized and validated by the recipient, strengthening the connection and facilitating healing and closure.
During my residency, I will offer a four-hour meditation workshop in partnership with the OBX Fitness Collective, as well as a limited number of private one-on-one sessions in the following modalities:

Cost: $195 (scholarships are available)
A $95 deposit is required with the remainder payable at the workshop.

A gentle process that creates physical, psychological, and spiritual wellness
Cost: $175 for 90 minutes
