kara has been meditating since she was a child, has been blessed to have studied with some of the great spiritual leaders of our time, and has been teaching meditation for over 40 years.
Meditation Intensive Workshop
"Meditation is the Foundation of Everything"
This workshop is designed for those who are looking to
begin or enhance their serious meditation practice,
learn protection, creating a sacred space.
You will receive a personal Mantra, a Khata (Tibetan prayer scarf)
and a centering stone.
Several types of meditation will be offered.
kara has been meditating since she was a child and has been teaching meditation for over 40 years.
This workshop and "Retrieving your Power Animal" are prerequisite's for
the "Astral Travel Workshop".
